Remove the grid make wooden table

Fit collimator if not there that for fixed x ray only 

Single phase make three phase single phase

Rotating anode make stationary anode

Operate at low kv and

Remove x ray tube aluminum cap

Fix x ray timer at one second 

Fix ma at 100ma 

Change kv for different anatomical parts.

May not take punga with xray

Try one x ray machine with trained engineer

Test xray take xray of toolkit suitcase.


2. Ultrasound modification 

Order two linear probes same frequency 

3.5 mhz

On back of body reciever and one front of body transmitter 

Keep probe stationary in straight line

Does quality of image improve

Cheap 500$ made in china refurbished? 

Upto 2d colour doppler ok 3d and 4d ultrasound 3d image of boy not ok

Test ultrasound scan football filled with water.

You may continue with sector probe and linear probe supplied with ultrasound.

Linear probe on back sector probe on front some buzzing sound come?

3.ct scan modification 

Gantry 180 degree rotation x ray tube and detector

Increase size of colimator from pencil beam to rectangular beam

4.Semi auto analyser

Order rectangular test tube same size of flowcell 4mm by 4mm must be? 

Remove flowcell and put cuvette in test tube

If use aspiration tube after each sample aspirate distilled water

Mix reagent and sample with micropippette

Order semi auto analyser with motorised filter wheel stepper motor between lamp and photocell

Existing analyser increase size of hole of flowcell and keep test tube and fit computer connector for filter wheel 

I am not sure.


Test glucose test with sugar water


5. Fully auto analyser

Pass the sample wheel through optics lamp and detector

Each test tube one by one

Without bar code scanner 

Put sticker label one to 40

Or write with permanent marker on test tube serial number

With filter wheel between lamp and test tube stepper motor controlled

Do one test at a time many patients 

Mixing reagent and sample not by robotics do manually test glucose test with sugarwater


6.Cr system supply minimum two casettes xray film printer or transparency printer should be there
