1.X ray table

Make it wooden x ray table
Metal block x ray cut the table top and fit wooden board wooden board for 2500/-

2. Grid
Grid used to block x scattered radiaton not ok that block x rays. Remove the grid from bucky avoid bucky motor
There is no scattered radiation?
3. X ray tube
Rotating anode make it stationary anode
When anode rotate poor quality x ray radiation. Fit low voltage dc or ac supply wire to collimator bulb and fit to filament of x ray tube.
Manually rotate anode very rarely.
4.ht transformer
May fit welding transformer reversed as step up high voltage transformer in case ht transformer out of order.
5.X ray generator control panel
Three phase not ok make it single phase
Fix timer at one second.
6.stick intensifying screen on x ray casseette keep intensifying screen on x ray table take exposure and check if blue colour coming. Use plastic x ray casette.
7.without bucky and using wooden table work at low kv and ma
8. X ray automatic film processor how much time it take to develop x ray film
9. High frequency x ray and twelve pulse and six pulse not ok high failure rate wrong design. Use two pulse x ray single phase
10. Order old model x ray machine like ge dx 300 and siemens heliophos d.
